It was such a hot mess!!!!!!!! They messed up everything!!!! There was no compassion, caring, of my loved one. They didn't like it because my mothers funeral was pre-arranged and that upset them. Here I am getting scolded and my Mother just passed. I tried to order a marker. Took the time to design it, brought it in, got it approved, waited 3 months because that is how long they told me it would take. I found out, NOTHING was done! NOTHING! I went to Benton and gave my design to Baxleys, who did what they said they would do. The price was much CHEAPER but the quality was excellent.
The worse day of my life and they made it unbearable and just didn't care!
